How to make clear cd painting

Hey everyone!!

I love art! I wanted to do something creative, so i found these cd painting ideas and fell in love it .I tried to make these cd paintings which turned out amazing. So today i am going to share with you how i made these clear cd butterfly paintings,

For this project you will need:

• a old cd

• clear tape

• scissors

• acrylic paints

• paintbrushes

1. make the cd clear

scratch the top of the cd with scissors and use the clear tape to remove the sliver part. Just line up the tape with the end of the scratch and the silver part should come right off.

2. Sketching out the design

first trace the cd on a paper and then sketch out the desing you want. I wanted to make a butterfly painted cd so i sketched some butterflys.

3. Painting

i placed my cd on top of the sketch and started painting!

i used acrylic paints for this.
